1. No dairy products! This is a big problem! Add a box of skim yogurt for breakfast.
2. No eggs! If you think eggs are high in calories, you can only eat half an yolk.
3. Oatmeal and fruit are good things! Also recommended: tomatoes, cucumbers and apples.
4. Drink Nestle coffee at night ... It's really hot. If you can't work, use black coffee instead ~
Nothing else ~ persistence is the key!
