Some time ago, I felt stupid and boring because I often ate out. It happened that a yoga girl called to make an appointment to stop eating and hit it off. I've tried yoga several times before, and it feels good, but it's all done in a warm climate and never done in winter. I decided to give it a try this time.

Yoga fasting plays a very important role in the yoga system. In addition to its positive effect on the body, I mainly like its great effect on controlling the mind. Fasting can make the five senses sensitive, the body light and refreshing, and the mind clear. This time is suitable for self-reflection, thinking and exploration.

In modern society, people consume too much nutrients, and the result of excessive stimulation of chakra is that all kinds of desires are strong and difficult to control, and many discomforts and diseases appear at the same time. Because now people generally pay attention to the intake of nutrition and ignore the discharge of body waste, through reasonable fasting, toxins buried deep in the human body can be released efficiently, safely and quickly, and various organs of the body can be conditioned, so that the whole body and mind can be refreshed.

The fasting time of yoga is related to tides. Generally, it is about three days before the full moon and the new moon, that is, 1 1 day, and about two days before and after the 26th lunar month. Women should avoid the physiological period. According to scientific research, the full moon and the new moon are usually the days of spring tides. Stars such as the sun and the moon are more attractive to the earth and have greater influence on the human body. Therefore, fasting with the new moon and the full moon helps people to control their thoughts and emotions.

June165438+1October 13 went into battle in a hurry because I miscalculated the date of the lunar calendar. Fortunately, I didn't eat much at ordinary times. Based on my dietitian's experience and long-term yoga practice, I designed my own recipe because of my ignorance:

Breakfast: 240ml+ milk+two teaspoons of cereal, one boiled egg in clear water, one plate of boiled celery, five poorly steamed small red dates 10, five sweet almonds 10 and half a pomegranate.

Lunch: a bowl of black rice, black beans and red bean porridge, half a plate of onion mixed with fungus, and half a plate of fried tofu. Eat 10 sugar orange and a banana in the afternoon.

Maintain normal drinking water and normal activities throughout the day. In addition to the routine poses, yoga poses also add some bowel-clearing poses, and at the same time add twisting and bending poses without any discomfort.

Because I don't intend to reduce any activities and do more mental work, I increase the intake of protein compared with the recommended recipes. At the same time, the winter climate is dry, add a small amount of nuts to avoid looking dull.

In fact, yoga fasting is not a hunger strike, not eating anything, but eating easily digestible foods such as fruit and vegetable juice and porridge, and the principle is very simple, vegetarian, light and semi-liquid. Scientific yoga fasting keeps all kinds of psychological and physiological reactions caused by fasting to a minimum, which is a convenient, safe and comfortable fasting method.

Therefore, the Buddha regards "no food in the afternoon" as the daily practice of Buddhist disciples, and purifies the body and mind by fasting.

Breakfast: half a bowl of soybean gruel, half an egg, half a plate of steamed shredded radish, 10 dates, and two small pieces of pumpkin.

Meal: sugar orange 10, one banana and five almonds.

Lunch: a bowl of rice paste and a plate of steamed shredded radish.

I couldn't sleep for a long time, I couldn't sleep for a long time, and I was very tired when I got up, but I slept peacefully today until the courier called to wake me up.

I walked a long way to buy books in the afternoon, and I didn't feel hungry or uncomfortable. I just felt pain in my left knee when I got up in the morning, and then the pain eased. If you have physical pain, it will be obvious for a moment when you fast, because your body becomes sharp and bright, which can make you highly aware of your body.

After coming back, yoga still added the posture of clearing the intestines, and the effect was very good. I feel relaxed, awake, happy and even excited.

I slept late at night, but I slept well and almost got up late again.

165438+1October 15. On the third day, today I'm going to completely stop eating, only drinking one cup of green vegetable juice, lemonade all day and two cups of honey. I don't want to decorate the house by accident. There are workers working today and need supervision.

So I had to improvise and go out with a cup of hot milk in the morning. What a coincidence! I met a young mother, panting and sweating, saying that the power was out and the elevator couldn't run. She just came down from the 27th floor with her baby on her back. When I hesitated to do it, the workers came with tools. They said there wouldn't be a power outage today. They climbed upstairs to have a power outage. I had to stay with him, feeling glad that I changed my mind and drank a glass of milk. Fortunately, my body has become lighter, but I don't feel laborious. Climbing more than 20 floors, of course, sweating like a pig.

I didn't finish it early in the morning. Today, what I did was to change the window. The windows have been removed, and the building is as cool as standing in the wild. Once again, I am grateful for the cup of hot milk I drank this morning. In good condition, I did not feel unbearable cold.

I went home at noon, drank two cups of honey lemonade first, and then began to make a cup of celery juice.

I slept soundly until I was woken up by the courier. When you go to the yoga studio to practice, your body is softer and lighter, your consciousness is more focused, and many difficult poses are easier and deeper than usual. After the asana is completed, sit still for half an hour, with the intention of observing eyebrows and heart chakras, take a deep breath and breathe for a long time, and the boundary of breathing can disappear. When the mind is quiet, I feel that the breath between the eyebrows is free to come in and out, and my knowledge is clear.

Although this fast is not strict enough and quiet enough, I still hope to get three kinds of hearts through fasting: pure heart, stable heart and happy heart; Get rid of three kinds of hearts: desire, chaos and unhappiness; Get three kinds of bodies: clean body, relaxed body and happy body; Get rid of three kinds of bodies: heavy body, weak body and unhappy body!
