Two pieces of chicken breast

Simple low-calorie fitness meal?

Cook the chicken breast in boiling water first. You can poke it with chopsticks until it is cooked. Add some salt, garlic and ginger.

Then cut the cucumber into silk or slices. Everybody loves it! Then put the cucumber in a container for bedding, or other fruits and vegetables can be used. Just play around.

Take out the cooked chicken breast, let it cool, and then start tearing it by hand. Super simple, right? Then put a plate together and mix some olive oil or sesame oil. I'll add some soy sauce myself, and then I can plate it. You can add some cucumber next to it, and you can also add some salad dressing when you eat it, but don't add too much. Salad sauce is very spicy! You can also eat an egg!
