Therefore, reform is imperative. Whether it is ghost dance, rhythmic gymnastics, square dance or modern dance, it can be promoted if children can get exercise. However, not all adult dance students can learn and accept it. Therefore, the difficulty of action and the rhythm of music should be adjusted appropriately. The education department had better ask experts to adapt it and introduce some recess exercises that can better adapt to the personality characteristics of children and keep up with the rhythm of the times.
The boring class exercises have become lively and cheerful dance steps, and students can change from asking me to doing them. It is expected that the relevant departments will arrange modern recess exercise with lively rhythm and good exercise effect as soon as possible to meet the requirements of the times.
