1. Open the PS software on your computer, drag the picture onto the canvas, and then click the "Filter" option in the toolbar above.

2. Then select Liquefaction in the pop-up interface.

3. In the pop-up interface, check the small box in front of "Advanced Mode" and set parameters such as brush size and brush density in tool options.

4. After setting, press and hold the left mouse button to reduce the face of the character, so that it can face up.
