Have some refreshing cold salad for breakfast, shred cucumber, soak bean skin in soft silk, mix well with soy sauce, salt, sesame oil and red pepper to make it refreshing and appetizing. It goes well with breakfast porridge.
Steaming an egg custard for children's breakfast is very simple. Mix three earth eggs evenly with 200ml hot water, filter them into a plate, put another plate on it, put it in an electric steamer 13min, stew for more than 5min after the power is cut off, mix the soy sauce and sesame oil evenly, and pour them on it, so that two children can share a plate. Sometimes I will divide two small bowls of steamed egg custard, one bowl for each person is just right.
Leek box is a staple food, with thin skin and big stuffing, which is particularly fragrant when branded. As a northerner, this stuffing staple food is the most popular.
Breakfast 2: Millet, quinoa, corn residue, sweet potato porridge, pumpkin sesame Melaleuca cake, strawberry egg tart, spiced salted duck eggs and scrambled eggs with Sophora japonica.
After washing millet, white quinoa and black corn residue, add water to boil and blossom, then add peeled and diced sweet potatoes and pitted red dates and cook until cooked. A bowl of nutritious breakfast porridge is ready, nutritious, delicious and healthy.
Melaleuca is steamed in the morning. Knead the noodles in advance, refrigerate and ferment for one night, steam them in the morning and put them in the pot. They are delicious and beautiful. Refrigerated fermentation saves a lot of time in making spaghetti in the morning, which is my usual method. The homemade pasta is delicious and delicious, and the children like this pumpkin Melaleuca cake very much.

Breakfast 3: red dates, oat soybean milk, pumpkin steamed bread, baked thick eggs, corn, asparagus boiled eggs and mushroom sauce.
Pumpkin steamed bread is steamed with pumpkin juice, yeast powder and whole wheat flour, which is my favorite. Pumpkin steamed bread is fragrant, soft and beautiful. I didn't cook porridge for breakfast today, so I changed to soybean milk. I peeled red dates and added a handful of oats and soaked soybeans to make soybean milk, which was delicate, smooth, sweet and delicious.
Boiling thick eggs is also children's favorite way to eat eggs. Boil asparagus in boiling water, add boiled eggs and drizzle with soy sauce. I removed some egg yolks and only ate some protein. This is my fat-reducing meal.
Breakfast 4: milk oatmeal, egg custard, Sophora japonica omelet, steak.

The making method of Sophora japonica cake: mix Sophora japonica 100g and 2 eggs, whole wheat flour 100g and a little salt evenly, heat the pot, put a little oil, divide the Sophora japonica dough into 4 small cakes, and fry them flat.
Steamed egg custard: add 250g hot water to four earth eggs, stir well, then filter into two small boxes of electric lunch boxes, steam with water for 20 minutes, steam the juice with soy sauce and sesame oil, two bowls at a time, one for each child.
Steak frying: firstly, thaw the seasoned steak, put it in a pot and fry it with a little oil, cut the red pepper and yellow pepper into small pieces and fry them in the pot, then fry the blanched asparagus and celery in the pot, cut the steak into strips and put it on a plate.
Milk oatmeal is simple, time-saving and labor-saving, and the whole family likes it. Boil oatmeal with clear water first, then pour in pure milk and stir well. The oatmeal used here is instant oatmeal.
Breakfast 5: Millet quinoa sweet potato porridge, pumpkin steamed bread, fried eggs, lettuce in oyster sauce, spiced salted duck eggs.
Here comes the breakfast millet porridge again. This time, add millet, white quinoa and clear water to boil and bloom, and then add peeled and diced sweet potatoes and red dates. A bowl of breakfast is full of vitality, with salted duck eggs.
Pumpkin steamed bread is steamed in advance and can be served as soon as it is hot. Stir-fry a few eggs, then stir-fry the washed lettuce in a pot, and pour in oyster sauce and mix well.
A light, nutritious and delicious breakfast can only be eaten at home.
Breakfast 6: milk, pumpkin bread, asparagus with bacon, Flammulina velutipes with bacon, boiled eggs.
If there is no time to make drinks for breakfast, pure milk is the most convenient. If you heat the milk a little and add a handful of cereal MaiQuan, adults and children can drink it. It is also an excellent choice for supplementing nutrition.
Cook asparagus, roll the cooked asparagus with bacon, and fix both ends with toothpicks; Cut another part of bacon into two sections, and cover each section with Flammulina velutipes, which may or may not be fixed; Heat the pan with low heat, put the bacon vegetable roll in the pan and fry it with low heat. Bacon itself is seasoned, so you can fry it directly without oil or seasoning. Just grind some black pepper on it after serving. Besides asparagus and Flammulina velutipes, other vegetables can also be rolled in it.
Pumpkin bread is baked in advance, using a flower toast mold, so it is flower-shaped and looks good when cut. Put the sliced bread in the oven and heat it slightly to make the surface more delicious. By the way, cook some eggs, peel the cooked eggs and cut them in half, put them on a plate, sprinkle with cooked black sesame seeds and cooked asparagus and cut them into small pieces.
Breakfast 7: banana milkshake, lunch meat sandwich, boiled broccoli shrimp, strawberry.
Bananas and pure milk are put into a small high-speed blender to make a milkshake with fruit juice function, which is sweet and smooth. Milk is made of heated hot milk, and milkshakes taste very warm.
Take out the shrimp line, marinate it with white wine and salt for 5 minutes, and blanch it in boiling water. Cut the broccoli into small pieces, wash it, blanch it with salt water, take it out and put the shrimps on it.
Break up two eggs, drain the oil in a hot pan, pour in the egg liquid, spread it out, quickly put in two pieces of pumpkin bread made by yourself, turn it over quickly, sprinkle with cooked black sesame seeds and turn it over again. This time, turn it over with the omelet, put the lunch meat and cooked broccoli pieces on one piece, fold the extra omelet, then turn the other piece over and press it with a spatula.
