Teach 1: Late? ! Zero tolerance!

I think the teacher is very nice! I am very grateful to the teacher's anger: whoever is late for class again will be disqualified immediately and don't come to class again! Everything can be discussed except being late! Zero tolerance! Are you rich, or do you think we are all free men? ! Some students queue up 1 hour in advance, which shows your attitude towards practice. 1 day later, I can't see anything for 2 days. After 3 months, the difference will be very obvious. Don't practice yoga from the beginning! I'm not the owner of a yoga studio. I coax you to wait on you. If you are late, don't come to my class again!

? As for being late, I am grateful for what my teacher told us when I was studying in India: As a yoga teacher, you must not be late! Don't procrastinate, have a sense of time. Your teaching level can be accumulated through practice, but getting to class early is indeed the most basic professional accomplishment! I don't want students going to India to be late! Don't be late, everyone must remember!

Teaching 2: Don't breathe with your lungs.

When I was a soldier 1, the teacher came over and told me to relax my ribs and chest. You breathe hard, but you don't need your lungs. It only carries air. The respiratory organ is the diaphragm and mobilizes the muscles around it.

Later, the teacher specially explained to us the generation of breathing in the theoretical class, although the skills were not fully mastered. But thanks to the teachers who have been taking care of us, reminding us and correcting us. I hope that after 1 month of study, I can learn to master some. Let daily exercise get twice the result with half the effort!

Teaching 3: Learn to practice at high latitude!

I was really excited at that time, because I liked Liu Feng's explanation about latitude very much, but it was the first time that a yoga teacher mentioned the concept of latitude in my contact. Teacher Wang takes navigation as an example, let's jump out of the practice of two-dimensional world, learn to overlook our yoga practice from a better latitude, and make the practice more flexible. When you can jump out and look at the problem with a higher thinking space, you will be suddenly enlightened and strategize! Thanksgiving has paved the way for latitude before, so we can clearly understand what the teacher said!

Teaching 4: You can be wise, but open yourself!

Yoga practice is to connect, not to close yourself! Don't be too attached to the so-called meditation, meditation and concentration. Don't let these positive things shut you up! To accept, to enjoy, to connect the beauty in life!

? We are not allowed to interrupt the teacher and ask questions in class. On the one hand, it will disturb the teacher's thinking and rhythm, on the other hand, your question may not arouse everyone's interest and delay others' listening time. If you have any questions, you can ask the teacher separately after class. I quite agree with this! Ensure the order of the classroom and let everyone absorb knowledge better!
