1. Wash the lemon
2. Dry the water with oil-absorbing paper.
3. Peel the lemon at both ends and throw it away. Slice lemon, wash fresh ginger, slice with water.
4. I use beet sugar, and the calories will be lower. If I can't buy it, I'll use white sugar, the weight is the same. However, the fermentation time of white sugar will be longer than that of beet sugar, which is 2-3 days longer. Sugar twice, half the first time, the rest for the next day and the third day.

7. On the third day, after washing your hands, turn them up and down, gently rub them and pour out all the remaining sugar. If the sugar is covered, it will not melt so quickly and should sink to the bottom.
8. On the fourth day, the sugar almost melted. After washing your hands, turn them over and rub them gently.
9. The fifth day looks the same. Wash your hands and flip them up and down.
10. On the 6th day, wash your hands, turn them up and down and gently rub them.
