1942 In April, Xinjin County established Xinjin County Health Center according to the instructions of the Health Department of Sichuan National Government at that time. The Ministry of Health rented the management room of the Catholic Church and rebuilt it. The hospital is located at No.73-75 West Street (now No.83 Zheng Xie Street, the county seat). 1945 was upgraded from a second-class first-class hospital to a third-class first-class hospital with the approval of the provincial government. Before the founding of New China, Xinjin County Health Center had only 14 ward and 6 rooms for medical and surgical diagnosis, pharmacy and operating room, with an area of only over 500 square meters. 1952, the county health center moved to Zheng Xie street 182. 1956, Xinjin county health center was transformed into Xinjin county people's hospital. At that time, the total construction area was1840m2. Since then, the hospital has rebuilt the outpatient department at the original site, and built new inpatient departments, warehouses and staff quarters. And gradually expand the scale. By 199 1, the construction area has increased to more than 8480 square meters. Since the reform and opening up in 1980s, hospital construction has entered the fast lane of all-round development. In the late 1980s, the hospital acquired more than 23,800 square meters of land in Chengxi Village, Wujin Town, and invested funds to build a new hospital site. 199 1 year1October, the hospital moved to its current location (No.0/49, Wujin West Road, county town). 1In September 1998, the hospital was rated as a national second-class general hospital, and in October 2009, it was promoted to a national second-class general hospital.
