Yang Qi 2 1 day training camp is a fully enclosed training mode. The goal of this training camp is to help participants improve their physical condition and physical and mental health through 2 1 day systematic study. Courses in the training camp include five-element meridian yoga, wisdom breathing "airway" and oxygen juice reading natural therapy, all of which are original courses of Kate Yeung. During this 2 1 day, the trainees in the training camp will devote themselves to the training and achieve physical and mental improvement through systematic study and practice.
