70g whole wheat flour, 2 eggs, 3g baking powder, 2 cooked bananas, 50g milk, 30g walnuts and 5g flaxseed. Mash bananas, add egg vanilla extract and stir well, add milk and stir well, sift in whole wheat flour baking powder, add chopped walnuts and stir, pour into small cups and bake in the oven 180℃ for 25 minutes.
