First, delete applications that are not commonly used and occupy capacity.
Open Settings → General → Use → Manage Storage Space in turn on the main screen of the mobile phone, and enter the detailed list of storage space. Here, the memory capacity occupied by each software application is arranged from large to small. We can choose some software applications that are not commonly used and occupy special capacity according to our own situation, and click Open. At this time, we can enter a detailed page of the application software that is not commonly used, and click the delete application software button below.
Second, delete the mobile QQ cache file.
Of course, we usually use WeChat and QQ because we often use or receive various audio or facial words in chat, so there is no way to delete the cache directly in the settings. We need to log in to QQ on our mobile phone, and then open Settings → Chat Records → Clean up the cached data (here, only clean up the cached files, such as chat faces, but not the text content of the chat).
1. Open QQ and click on the avatar in the upper left corner.
2. Click Settings at the bottom.
3. Click on the chat record.
4. Click to clear the cache record, and it's done.
5. If it still doesn't work, you can uninstall QQ and download again.
