Generally speaking, the working environment is quite comfortable. Everyone has at least two computers, usually three, one for the office and the other two for the laboratory. Whether you are tired at work at ordinary times or whether you want to work overtime at night varies from person to person. If you are very capable, you can finish a month's work in two or three weeks, and no one will force you to work overtime at night (unless the most critical month may require products uniformly). Of course, such people are a minority, probably one of dozens of people, and most people still need to work overtime at night or on weekends to complete their tasks. In short, people who stay in Huawei for a short time will naturally be very tired and busy. Huawei is like a cattle farm, where calves, kittens and puppies can grow into big cows. 1, R&D, service or market, which is the higher income?

Of course, people who enter the company at the same time, the market income is definitely higher than R&D, and the service is in between. R&D has almost no travel allowance and no reimbursement authority. In addition, the consumption level of staying in Shenzhen is high, the minimum consumption in a month is about 3 or 4 K, and the R&D and marketing bonus are similar.

If you stay in the market and use clothes, as long as you are not at the Shenzhen headquarters, the monthly salary will remain basically the same, and the year-end bonus can also remain basically the same. Office marketers can also reimburse "customers" for meal invoices. Moreover, if you work in China, the consumption is generally much lower than that in Shenzhen, and it is easy to find the feeling of "big money". Therefore, people in the office are reluctant to go back to the headquarters when they are killed (unless it is a special case that their wife gives birth to a child in Shenzhen). In short: staying in Shenzhen headquarters is definitely not as high as staying in the office.

2. Which office is good?

For offices in good cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hangzhou, the subsidies are definitely low (30 yuan/day), while in remote places such as Urumqi and Lanzhou, the subsidies are definitely high (70 yuan/day), and the subsidies for inter-provincial business trips are even higher (100 yuan/day); In the offices of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and other good cities, there are many old employees supporting the elderly, and the competition in the external market is fierce. 3. Which is better, domestic or foreign?
