15 of the boys have a hunchback. What dance is more studious and can exercise?
Dance training can make the body straight and overcome some bad body postures such as hunchback. For example, ballet's "one-position" training, by opening the lower limbs, forces the body's center of gravity to move backward, makes the pelvis tend to be upright, reduces lumbar lordosis, and straightens the spine as a whole. After long-term training, the muscles of hips, waist and abdomen have been strengthened, forming a powerful muscle splint, which makes the waist and trunk in an abnormal straight posture. This is an important prerequisite for the physical beauty of dancers. Long-term "one-on-one" training can naturally shape an unusually tall and unnatural posture. In the final analysis, the key to overcome hunchback lies in the backward movement of the center of gravity of the human body.

According to the principle of ballet, the shaping shoes adopt the sole design with high front and low back, which forces the human body's center of gravity to move backward, corrects the pelvic forward inclination and straightens the spine naturally.

You can try it yourself: barefoot, step on a book about 18 mm thick, and see if your posture is straight and your hunchback is reduced.
