How to make fruit soup?
Xiangguo soup practice:

Ingredients: 5 strawberries, 1 carambola, apple, nectarine, lemon, 2 plums, 1/2 pitaya, 2 star anise, 1 cinnamon, 3 cloves, 100g sugar and 800ml water.

Exercise:

1. Rinse all fruits with running water, remove the pedicels of strawberries and cut into 4 pieces. Cut the carambola into 1 cm thick pieces. Apple, plum, nectarine and pitaya are cut into 2 cm hob pieces together. Slice the lemon for later use.

2. Put water, lemon slices, sugar, star anise, cinnamon and clove into a soup pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Then put the carambola slices, apple slices, plum slices, pitaya slices and nectarine slices into the soup pot and cook for 8 minutes on low heat.

4. After the soup pot leaves the fire, put the strawberry petals into the pot and mix well.

5. When the cooked spices and fruit soup are cooled to room temperature, put them in a large bowl and put them in the refrigerator for thorough cooling.
