1. is a song in which the magical power of talons must be persevered, and after a long period of tempering, the power will be seen. Turn two claws into steel and seize the strong enemy without mercy. 2. Practice method ① At the beginning of practicing this skill, first use two small porcelain pots weighing about 10 kg. These two skins weigh 20 Jin. Grab a jar mouth with both hands and lift it up. It was slippery at first and difficult to master. After a few months, it can gradually rise and fall freely (Figure 252). (2) practice every day. As the months get heavier, put sand on the altar to gain weight. Add Caesar 10 Jin to each altar and 20 Jin to two altars. The total weight reaches 40 kilograms. Keep practicing, get up and down freely, and go further (Figure 253). ③ Add 15kg of sand to each jar, and the skins of the two jars will increase to 70kg, and the jars will still rise and fall freely (Figure 254).
(4) each altar Gaza 25 kg, two altar plus 50 kg. The total weight of the two jars is 120 kg. After a long period of hard training, you still have to hold it up by hand and use it freely, which can extend the landing for half an hour (Figure 255). This kung fu has made rapid progress. ⑤ Gradually practice for a long time, adding 30 kilograms of sand to each altar and 60 kilograms of Gaza to the two altars, so that the total weight of the two altars reaches 180 kilograms. After practice, slowly lift them, gradually practice until you can lift them freely, and then relax and have no strength at all (Figure 256). ⑥ After years of hard training, each jar added 35 kilograms of sand and two jars added 70 kilograms of sand, with a total weight of 250 kilograms. The two jars were still trained to rise and fall effortlessly and used freely (Figure 257).
⑦ The two jars can be replaced by iron sand, each jar contains 40 kilograms of iron sand, and the two jars contain 280 kilograms of iron sand, and the jar skin weighs 300 kilograms (Figure 258). Still have to exercise hard until you can lift yourself in response to hand movements and lift yourself freely, three times a day. You can lift it around the yard several times a day, about half an hour to an hour or two, and you're done. We must practice shadows again. ⑧ Open your hands and five fingers to the sunshine every morning, do grasping and pulling movements, and practice female kungfu (Figure 259). Increase strength day by day, work hard every month, go forward bravely and never relax. Pet-name ruby after long-term practice, until the masculinity to take off, into the practice of feminine force, until after success, you can catch the birds in the air with your hands, such as shooting down (Figure 260).
Attending practice gradually, the distance between horses is more than ten feet, and you can control horses at will with a rope in your hand. No matter how hard you try, you can't control the horse to retreat (Figure 26 1).
3. Brief introduction of the achievement method ① Eagle Claw Kung Fu, also known as Dragon Claw Kung Fu, also known as Great Grasp Kung Fu, is a combination of internal and external skills and soft skills in Shaolin's 72 arts, which belongs to the combination of rigidity and softness, and the combination of yin and yang. It is an important kung fu for practicing human fingers, and it is also an indispensable method for Shaolin Temple monks to practice day and night. (2) The practice of talon skills can be divided into "rigidity" and "softness". The two paths of strength are inseparable, just based on softness and using softness. In other words, if you are flexible and agile, it will touch people's bodies like ants climbing Mount Tai, which is useless. Just like that, it's hard and deep to practice. If software and hardware don't cooperate, they can be used flexibly. It is also a kind of hard work that cannot be used flexibly and is difficult to display. This proves that the combination of rigidity and softness is the unity of opposites, and the opposition of yin and yang is interactive, indispensable and equally important to each other. Eagle claw plays an important role in Shaolin Wushu. After successful practice, if you fight the enemy, you will be seriously injured. Like a sharp blade, even deep into the internal organs. If these five fingers touch an object, their strength is real and belongs to masculine strength; If you catch it out of thin air, it will be powerful, soft and feminine. Yin and Yang alternate, so we should learn Yang first and then Yin, and combine rigidity with softness, so we should practice soft FuGang. Grasping with five fingers is the foundation of solid practice; Grasp it out of thin air to avoid its masculinity and give birth to feminine power. This strength needs repeated practice. When you grasp the point of qi and blood, you must stop. Power is magical, but it must be practiced constantly and continuously. Monks in Shaolin Temple have mastered this skill, and Kong Kong and Hu Fu in the Tang Dynasty, Hong Hui and Hong Yuan in the Song Dynasty, Zhiyuan and Ping An in the Yuan Dynasty, Sheng Yuan, Yue Ling and Tong Chan in the Ming Dynasty, and Qinglian, Jingxiu, Ling Zhen and Rujing in the Qing Dynasty have all studied this skill intensively. (4) The key points of practicing Shaolin Eagle Claw Skill: first, practice masculine strength, then practice feminine weakness, combine rigidity with softness, and combine reality with reality, so as to be mysterious and use it skillfully.
