It may work every day for more than a week. I run 3 kilometers every day, do exercises in Duoyan Zheng once (30 minutes), and finally walk around lacing for about 1.5 hours a day. Weigh every morning and evening, and the weight at night is about 0.5- 1kg higher than that in the morning.

The scale fluctuates every day, but generally it goes down, hovering around an integer for a few days (55. 1-56), then the second half (54.5-55.5), and then to the next integer (54.438+0-55). Sometimes it may not work the next day, you have to stick to it.

The final result will be very stable. I ran for about two months, and I didn't eat fruits and vegetables as my staple food at night. Having brunch normally, I lost about ten pounds. I'm not running or rebounding now.
