Aerobics-Rhythm ZBB 1 154 14 The total hours of physical education in the teaching and research section of aerobics and dance of the Ministry of Sports are 36, including 2 professional examinations in class.

(1) Course Introduction Aerobics is a new type of sports with the human body as the object, bodybuilding as the purpose, physical exercise as the content, artistic creation as the means, and group exercise, dance and music as one. Athletes perform rhythmic movements of all joints and parts of the whole body with lively rhythm, sink into the beauty of rhythm, melt into the artistic realm of ecstasy, indulge in the melody of music, and achieve the purpose of fitness, edifying sentiment and improving artistic accomplishment in joy.

(2) Teaching objectives 1. Cultivate students' good posture and temperament through various exercises, so as to enhance students' self-confidence and cultivate their sentiment. 2.
