Creating a separate folder on the desktop after slimming files is a matter of permissions:

1. Open the ReportQueue file after entering drive C. The file location is c: \ program data \ Microsoft \ Windows \ wer \ reportqueue.

2. Press and hold ctrl to select the ReportQueue file, and then click the "Delete" button to delete all files under this file.
