You can only exercise at home, or you can try the walking and thin stomach method recommended by Kawamura. When going to work, you can pay attention to breathing and cooperate with the contraction of the stomach to realize the slow elimination of the stomach.
In the meantime, what can I add to the tight-lipped part? For example, eat one vegetable and half rice for dinner to adjust the color of your meal, or drink sugar-free drinks and only eat 1/4 for dessert, and so on.
Just like the way of walking, we should use new methods to achieve the purpose of keeping fit and deal with this matter from different angles.
Kawamura mentioned three suggestions related to diet in his book Walking in thin belly. I think I can do something in real life besides everything in my dreams.
Busy work often makes us work overtime, sometimes leading to leaving the company after eight o'clock in the evening. Although McDonald's, KFC and other fast food restaurants are open 24 hours a day, they can still eat delicious food after work. But fast food is too high in calories and heavy on the body. It is better to change your mood and choose to add some vegetables to yourself. No oil, just a little salt. Boiled chicken breast with apples. Of course, you may not be full, and you may feel full at 8 or 6 o'clock, because you should rest your organs at night and let them make better efforts for tomorrow.
Kawamura also mentioned in the book that ingredients containing a lot of dietary fiber can inhibit the absorption of blood sugar, so starting with vegetables can inhibit the increase of blood sugar.
I suggest you buy some brown rice at home, or buy big oatmeal. By the way, don't take your bag with you, because it's all prepared and rich in sugar. Brown rice is not delicious to some people because it has no taste. It is suggested that you can eat half of white rice and brown rice and feel it first. Why? Because of the adjustment of diet, we must first change the choice of food, and the healthy pc value brought by this change is very high.
If all the above are a little difficult or the status quo is not satisfied, then we can eat half at dinner. If you want to eat two bowls of rice in the evening, you can eat one bowl and drink half of it. Balance life with half the choices. Although the food intake has been reduced by half, there will be no less healthy and delicious food.
Sometimes when I get dressed and ready to buckle my belt, I really want to let the belt of my pants go back to the original buckle position and put on the clothes that fit me again. We go to work and have classes. We have to take care of our family, career and degree. Time is a precious asset to us. If there is not enough time, then we must modify the existing workflow, or cancel or add something to the existing workflow.
I think we can eat the main course of rice once a week in the evening, and the amount of each meal is half. One day when you eat brown rice, you will add some vegetables. If we eat differently, our weight will be different. This makes use of time, and we can adjust our pace in another way without modifying the process sequence and working conditions.
I think it will make life better. The most important thing is not to eat anything after 8 pm. If you are really hungry, cook a green vegetable.
