Article 9 of the Kindergarten Agreement Party A:
Party B:
On * * * *, Party A (* * Experimental Kindergarten * * Class Committee) organized parent-child activities in Pipawan Ecological Farm, and Party B was the guardian (father or mother) of Party A's garden to accompany the children. In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties and ensure the safety of children, the following agreement is reached with Party B:
1. Party A shall undertake the following responsibilities when organizing kindergarten parent-child activities in Pipawan Ecological Farm:
(1), supervise and guide Party B. ..
(2) Provide appropriate means of transport to ensure the safety of the means of transport.
(3) Provide suitable sanitary conditions.
(4) Assist Party B in managing and educating children.
(5) Provide Party B with appropriate contact information so as to contact each other in case of emergency.
2. As the guardian (father or mother) of * *, Party B shall always participate in parent-child activities organized by Party A, protect the health of children, take care of their lives, and be responsible for the safety of children's participation in activities. Party B shall perform the following guardianship obligations during the activity:
(1), away from rivers, ponds and other places, especially places without any protective facilities;
(2) playing near the road without children;
(3) Pay attention to whether there are obstacles on the ground. If there are steps, stones, bricks, plastic bags and other things that are easy to trip children, take them with you;
(4) Whether the ground is slippery, whether there is moss or stagnant water, tell the child to detour;
(5) If children want to play with water, Party B must always take care of them.
(6) Tell the children where to go and what to pay attention to before leaving;
(7) Not all games are suitable for your children. Parents should be able to judge that if you feel unsafe, you must stop your children.
(8) After arriving at the destination, parents should not only take photos and talk, but also keep their eyes on their children even on the flat ground with wide vision; When playing with children, always remind them to manage and educate them.
(9) Party B shall wear mobile phones and other communication tools, and inform the contact person of the number. Party B shall obey the management and requirements of Party A, keep a proper distance from Party A's teachers and keep in touch in time.
3. Responsibility:
(1). The guardian shall be responsible for any injury or loss caused to the child due to the guardian's violation of guardianship duties and safety agreement.
(2) If there is evidence to prove that children's rights and interests have been infringed by intentional acts of Party A or its employees, Party A shall bear relevant responsibilities.
