1, the PS extraction filter has been replaced by the Adjust Edge option in the Selection Tool. If you want to use the extraction filter, you can do it as follows.

2. First, we use the region selection tool to roughly select the pictures, as shown in the figure. The selection tool can be a Rectangular Tool or a Lasso Tool.

3. Click the Adjust Edge button on the right side of the Property Panel to open a panel similar to filter extraction.

4. After opening the Adjust Edge window, we can use the Brush and Eraser in the property panel to adjust the matting area, and we can also set the sizes of the Brush and Eraser.

5. In the process of adjustment, appropriately increase the radius of "edge detection" to achieve better matting effect.

6. After clicking the "OK" button, you will find that the characters have been completely extracted.
