What are the different effects of different teas?
Oolong tea contains a lot of tea polyphenols, which can improve the function of lipolytic enzyme and reduce the cholesterol content in blood, and has the functions of lowering blood pressure, antioxidation, anti-aging and cancer prevention. A recent study published in the Journal of Obesity pointed out that people who regularly drink oolong tea have lower body mass index and fat content than those who drink less. Moreover, women lose weight more effectively than men. This is because compared with black tea and green tea, oolong tea can not only stimulate the activity of lipolytic enzymes in the pancreas, reduce the absorption of sugar and fatty foods, but also accelerate the increase of body heat production, promote fat burning, and especially reduce the accumulation of abdominal fat. First, oolong tea to lose weight: lose weight with oolong tea, drink a cup before and after three meals. It is best to drink hot tea without sugar. And don't drink it immediately after meals. It is more appropriate to drink it every 1 hour. Drinking tea should also adapt to personal physique. If you feel uncomfortable after drinking tea, such as stomachache or insomnia, you'd better stop. When making tea, the water temperature should be controlled at about 80℃-90℃; The brewed tea should be drunk within 30-60 minutes, otherwise the nutrients in the tea will be oxidized. Second, the beauty of oolong tea oolong tea can reduce serum neutral fat and cholesterol; The clinical experiment of delaying aging also suggests that oolong tea can improve SOD activity. It can be inferred that oolong tea is likely to have a certain health care effect on the skin. As an indicator of healthy skin, it can be listed as follows, such as moist skin, elasticity, tension, good blood circulation and so on. What effects will fat metabolism and active oxygen scavenging have on skin health? We further did the following experiments. In order to find out whether drinking oolong tea is related to skin beauty, we selected 73 healthy China women aged 2 1 ~ 55 as the research objects for clinical experiments. Let everyone drink 4g oolong tea every day, 2g in the morning and 2g in the afternoon for 8 weeks. Then observe the changes of sebum content and water retention capacity, and take the change as an index to measure the drinking effect. 1. Detection of neutral fat content in sebum After washing your face with soap, make-up and touch are not allowed on the tested parts, and eating is forbidden after breakfast. Wash your face for 4 hours before taking samples. The detection method is to stick a 2×2cm degreased filter paper on the forehead of the detected object, apply a pressure of 100g, and then take samples. Then the neutral fat, the main component of sebum membrane, was determined and the changes of oolong tea before and after drinking were compared. 2 Changes in the amount of neutral fat in the sebum membrane The average amount of neutral fat in the sebum membrane before and after drinking oolong tea was 33.7μg/cm2, which was significantly reduced after the experiment. In order to further understand the efficacy of oolong tea, we divided the subjects into two groups according to the amount of sebum before the experiment, that is, the above-average group and the below-average group. Results: The low sebum content group was 65,438+07.2 μ g/cm2 and 65,438+08.5 μ g/cm2 before and after the experiment, respectively, with no significant difference, while the high sebum content group was 54.9μg/cm2 before the experiment. This analysis shows that oolong tea does not simply reduce the sebum content after drinking, but has a greater effect on people with high sebum content than those with low sebum content, indicating that oolong tea has the function of regulating sebum content balance. 3. The skin water retention experiment further determined the skin water retention. Because the moisture content of skin is easily influenced by the external environment, the experiment adopts a room with a certain temperature and humidity, and measures it after entering the room for 30 minutes. The part to be measured is the cheek. First, measure the skin moisture in the natural state, then drop distilled water on the same part and wipe it before measuring. After that, it should be measured every 30 seconds and recorded. After dripping distilled water on the skin, the stratum corneum absorbs water temporarily, and then gradually dries with time, and the water decreases. Through its detection, we can know the water retention ability of skin. Water retention capacity is often expressed as "water retention rate". Water retention rate refers to the ratio of water content after skin dripping 120s to water content in natural state (water retention rate (%) = water content after dripping 120s/water content in natural state × 100). The greater the water retention rate, the higher the ability to "seal" water in the stratum corneum. The water retention rates before and after this experiment were 122% and 137% respectively, and the water retention rate of skin increased after the experiment. In addition, similar to the analysis of the results of the above sebum grouping experiment, we also divided the people whose water retention rate was lower than the average and higher than the average before the experiment into two groups for analysis and comparison. As a result, the water retention rate of the group below the average level was 94% before the experiment and increased to 129% after the experiment, which indicated that the water retention capacity of the stratum corneum was obviously improved by drinking oolong tea. The above experimental results show that drinking oolong tea for a long time can promote sebum balance and improve the water retention capacity of stratum corneum. Third, activate autonomic nervous system to relieve stress. Oolong tea can improve the activity of autonomic nerve and parasympathetic nerve, prevent overeating caused by excessive pressure and eating hard because of anxiety, and help to lose weight. Fourth, improve energy metabolism. Water, green tea and oolong tea were tested in Japan to improve the basic metabolic function. The results show that water has no special effect. Green tea can improve the metabolism of 4 calories 1 hour, and oolong tea can improve the metabolism of 9 calories the most! Moreover, the efficacy of oolong tea can last for 5 hours, so 1 cup of 300c.c oolong tea can consume 40 calories (equivalent to walking fast 15 minutes and going up and down stairs 10 minutes). Efficacy of Pu 'er tea: 1, reducing blood fat, losing weight, lowering blood pressure and resisting arteriosclerosis. Drinking Pu 'er tea for a long time can reduce cholesterol and glyceride, so drinking Pu 'er tea has the effect of losing weight. Drinking Pu 'er tea can relax blood vessels, reduce blood pressure, slow heart rate and reduce cerebral blood flow, so it has a good therapeutic effect on patients with hypertension and cerebral arteriosclerosis. 2. Anti-cancer. 3, nourish the stomach, protect the stomach. At a suitable concentration, drinking mild Pu 'er tea will not stimulate the stomach. Thick, sweet and mellow Pu 'er tea enters the human stomach and forms a thin film attached to the stomach surface, which produces a beneficial protective layer for the stomach. Drinking Pu 'er tea for a long time can nourish and protect the stomach. 4. Healthy teeth and tooth protection. Pu 'er tea contains a variety of physiologically active components, which has the function of sterilization and disinfection. 5, anti-inflammatory, sterilization, stop dysentery. Medical research and clinical experiments have proved that Yunnan Pu 'er tea has bacteriostatic effect, and strong tea juice can treat bacillary dysentery ten times a day, which is directly related to the rich tea polyphenols in Yunnan Daye tea. 6. Anti-aging. Catechins in tea have anti-aging effect. The total catechin content of Yunnan Daye tea is higher than that of other tea varieties, and its anti-aging effect is better than that of other teas. At the same time, during the processing of Pu 'er tea, macromolecular polysaccharides are transformed into a large number of new soluble monosaccharides and oligosaccharides, and vitamin C is multiplied. These substances play an important role in improving the function of human immune system, and have the effects of strengthening the body and prolonging life. Drinking Pu 'er tea for a long time can reduce weight, reduce blood fat, prevent and treat arteriosclerosis, prevent and treat coronary heart disease, lower blood pressure, engage in aging, resist cancer, lower blood sugar, inhibit bacteria and diminish inflammation, reduce cigarette poison, reduce heavy metals, resist radiation, excite central nervous system, induce diuresis, prevent dental caries, improve eyesight, help digestion, resist poison, sterilize, prevent constipation, relieve alcoholism and other functions, some of which are related to the central nervous system, such as awakening central nervous system and diuresis. Because in the process of human metabolism, if it is over-oxidized, it will produce a lot of free radicals, which are easy to age and cause cell damage. SOD (Superoxide Dismutase) is a kind of free radical scavenger, which can effectively remove excess free radicals and prevent the harm of free radicals to human body. Catechins in green tea can significantly improve SOD activity and scavenge free radicals. 2. The antibacterial research of green tea shows that catechins in green tea can inhibit some bacteria that cause human diseases, and at the same time, it will not harm the reproduction of beneficial bacteria in the intestine, so green tea has the function of whole intestine. 3. Animal experiments made by green tea scientists show that catechins in tea can reduce the contents of total cholesterol, free cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride in plasma, and at the same time increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Human experiments show that it can inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce the incidence of arteriosclerosis. Green tea contains flavonol, which has antioxidant effect, prevents thrombosis and platelet aggregation, and reduces cardiovascular diseases. 4. Green tea slimming and fat reduction Green tea contains theophylline and caffeine, which can activate protein kinase and triglyceride lipolytic enzyme through various functions, reduce the accumulation of fat cells, and thus achieve the effect of losing weight. 5. Green tea can prevent dental caries and remove bad breath. Green tea contains fluorine, in which catechins can inhibit the action of dental caries bacteria and reduce the occurrence of dental plaque and periodontitis. Tannic acid contained in tea has bactericidal effect, which can prevent food residues from breeding bacteria, so it can effectively prevent bad breath. 6. Green tea anti-cancer Green tea has an inhibitory effect on some cancers, but its principle is limited to the inference stage. Drinking more tea is bound to have a positive encouraging effect on preventing cancer. 7. Green tea whitening and ultraviolet protection experts found in animal experiments that catechins in green tea can resist skin cancer caused by UV-B. 8. Green tea can improve indigestion. Recent research reports show that green tea can help improve indigestion, such as acute diarrhea caused by bacteria. You can drink a little green tea to relieve your illness. Health care effect of black tea: Black tea can help digestion of stomach, promote appetite, induce diuresis, eliminate edema and enhance myocardial function. Disease prevention: black tea has strong antibacterial ability. Gargling with black tea can prevent colds caused by viral diseases, prevent tooth decay and food poisoning, and reduce blood sugar and hypertension.
