Exercise can improve health. Obviously, my physical condition has changed obviously. I'm not too sick, I have fewer headaches, and my back doesn't hurt. This is the most obvious change. Because I don't take exercise as the goal of losing weight, I just exercise in different ways every day and change myself and my life through the accumulation of time!
Exercise can improve the quality of life. I get up at 5: 30 every day and go out to exercise after I finish writing. It seems that a rule has been formed that I won't stay in bed when I get up every day. Although I am still afraid of the cold, I just have to endure it, haha! I am full of energy after every exercise, and I feel very energetic and happy at the end of the day. And after exercise, my mind is clear, and I will think about today's things, today's work and so on. , so as to link life with work and improve the quality of life.
Exercise can make me more and more confident. I used to be so insecure and afraid to stand out. Now I am full of confidence. I believe that the harder I work, the luckier I will be. I believe I will get better and better. After exercise, I will feel everything is fresh, writing, punching in, listening to books, taking notes and so on. When you grow up, you will naturally feel confident. Some of my habits are slowly changing!
