Zhengmu Village was built in the Han Dynasty, in front of Wangjiazhuang Village, the graveyard of Tang and Liang Dynasties.
Wang's genealogy records: ancestor Wang Zeng lived in Jier Lane, Dongguan, Qingzhou, died in February of the first year of Song Yuanbao (1038), and was buried in Yueyaling, east of Yidu. The man was in charge of the tomb for three years and did not return to his hometown after the ceremony. He loved the secluded place of his hometown and chose Zhengmudian to live in Yan.
From then on, the village was called Wangjiazhuang. Commonly known as Wang Zhuangzi.
