I'm crazy about riding horses recently.

It's not a whim to like riding. Many years ago, I was a girl riding a horse. Horse riding on Mongolian grassland in autumn, watching grass wither, waking birds in Beijing Wild Duck Lake, and even surfing on the beach in Qinhuangdao. I like the feeling of freedom on horseback, and I like the sound of the wind blowing from my ear. I felt like I was flying.

Unfortunately, once I fell off my horse, it hurt a little, and I never got on the horse again. This year, for some reason, I suddenly had an idea that I wanted to ride again.

But then I found that, like all other sports, it is difficult for you to guarantee time. Because this is not something you have to do, but something you can do or not do, which is the last thing you can do.

Anything will make it yield. Writing an article will make you cancel riding; Pick up the child and let you cancel the ride; Reading books and playing with children will make you reluctant to leave and cancel riding; Meeting your girlfriend for tea will make you cancel your ride; Talking to people will make you cancel riding; Even sometimes a phone call is too long, and your next plan comes as scheduled, you still have to cancel the ride.

So I found that the surge of emotion could not bear the cruelty of reality. At this rate, my cycling plan may become a bookmark like the annual card of the gym.

Later, I had an idea. I get up an hour and a half early, get up at six o'clock, arrive at the racecourse before seven o'clock, finish riding at eight o'clock and go home before nine o'clock. In this way, when I finish riding, my day has just begun, one step at a time, as before, without delay. Only in this way can I guarantee the time of this matter.

I am really not a person who is strict with myself, nor am I trying to lose weight or learn some skills. However, getting up at six o'clock every morning is not painful for me, and even the thought of riding a horse soon makes me happy. This is what I really like.

Life may be like this, and what you like is not exactly what you want to do in your life. Without any purpose, responsibility or obligation, I just like it. But we are often very concerned about our responsibilities, obligations and purposes (of course, this is understandable), and we may be a little too cruel to what we like.

What we like may not bring us anything from a secular point of view. Can't bring you money, can't bring you more resources, and may not bring you higher taste. There are so many things you think are meaningful and valuable to do in life.

So in the end, your life is full of regrets. You gave up this for your husband, that for your children, and more for your job. Husband, children, work and a normal life are all things that each of us must face. Of course, we can't ask them for time for our own reasons. It is more appropriate to make time for yourself.

Not everyone has to sleep for nine hours. Before going to bed every day and after getting up every day, I will spend time brushing my circle of friends. Add up these odds and ends, and it is estimated that there is an hour.

Get up an hour early for what you like. This is your own hour. The world has not yet woken up. You don't need to communicate with anyone, you don't need to negotiate with anyone, and you don't need to owe anyone anything. Relax and enjoy this hour of your own.

Writing, arranging flowers, running, drawing, anything, even just to see a leaf in the garden. When you come back to see the smiling face of the child and put on an apron to cook for him, you will be humming happily. Because this day belongs to your joy, you have already installed it.

Now, you should smile.
