Ingredients: tomatoes, eggs, lettuce, oats.
Exercise:
1. Stir-fry eggs, cut lettuce into sections, and cut tomatoes into small pieces;
2. Add water to oatmeal and bring to a boil. Add tomatoes until soft and rotten, then add vegetables and eggs and cook for three minutes.
3. Add a spoonful of soy sauce and a proper amount of salt to taste.
