If the annual plan is the biggest target unit, then it is the biggest vision for the whole year. Quarterly, monthly, weekly or daily plans can also be said to be phased goals of annual goals. The process of realizing these phased goals one by one is the process of realizing the annual plan, just like the monthly plan of our section. How did the monthly plan come from? Is to split the annual target of the whole year into 12 months, and gradually complete the monthly plan and monthly target. In the whole action plan, we have arranged three plans this time: monthly plan, weekly plan and daily plan. What is the relationship and connection between them?
The monthly plan is the target decomposition of the annual plan. For example, the goal of the self-article is self-improvement, and then set up sections for self-improvement, such as getting up early for fitness, reading and studying, and so on. Then the monthly plan is the strategy to realize these subsections, so the monthly plan is very similar to the subsections in the overall strategy, except that the subsections are classified according to the dimension of events, and the monthly plan is divided according to the dimension of time, and 1~2 in the overall annual plan is completed every month.
Weekly plan, if the monthly plan as a whole is subdivided into annual plans, then the weekly plan is like the individual strategy in the overall strategic subdivision, so the monthly plan is equal to the overall subdivision, and the weekly plan is equal to the individual strategy, that is, the action plan of important events. If the focus of our monthly plan is to achieve a goal, then the focus of our weekly plan is to accomplish 1~2 key events to achieve that goal. If we push forward one thing every week, the four weeks will add up to guarantee the month.
The daily plan is the smallest unit in our whole action plan and the stabilizer of the whole annual plan. The core of our daily plan is stability, that is, continuous and stable action, and establishing a fixed action track, because this is the guarantee for completing our weekly core events. It is the most important thing to get used to the combination of time and energy every day. No matter what kind of action plan, flexibility is not absolute, but relative, and stability is the foundation. So the daily plan we want is the foundation. If there is no stable daily plan, it is not flexible, but chaotic and tired. If you arrange different things every day, the gap between everything is very large. It takes a lot of energy and thinking to do these things every day and mobilize our own energy to complete them. Then we may do better every day. But this state is hard to last, but the completion of big goals and things is either a monthly goal or an annual goal. They can't be achieved in a day or two. What they need is sustained and steady action. Therefore, at the core of daily planning, this kind of continuous and stable fixed action trajectory is set. Only by establishing such a fixed habit combination can we ensure the realization of our monthly goals or annual goals.
