I. Price system:

2. Any monthly delivery or monthly delivery quota is decided by the store manager or sales manager. Without the approval of the store manager or sales manager, the transaction fee is not included in his personal performance.

3. The group purchase card must be familiar to the other party (friends or company colleagues, etc.). ), the member consultant shall not make up for it directly or indirectly. Once verified, give the first written warning, and deduct 10% personal performance from the total performance of the group purchase card;

4. The down payment should be as close as possible to the membership fee (not less than 100 yuan), and the down payment will only take effect within 14 days. If the member fails to pay off the balance within 14 days, the down payment is invalid and belongs to the company; But special circumstances can be approved by the store manager or sales manager;

Second, the working rules:

1. Member consultants must be enthusiastic when receiving guests and introduce the situation of the center in detail. Exaggerated and fictional words are not allowed to be used to sell or make blind promises to customers. The store manager or sales manager has the right to supervise and punish. If this leads to customer complaints, the member consultant is mainly responsible;

2. After joining the membership, the membership consultant must do a good job of maintenance and communicate with members frequently; If a member will continue to exercise in the future within one week after joining the club, the member consultant has the obligation to take the initiative to care about the member and ask about the personal situation of the member by telephone (urging the member to continue to exercise in the gym in time). The confirmation list of members who have not used the club is distributed to the member consultant by the customer service manager every Monday, and the member consultant must make a record of the follow-up contact (the reasons for the members' future exercise, etc.). ). For example, if the member consultant changes or loses, the customer service manager needs to reassign the customer to other member consultants to continue to follow up and maintain the service. If the member consultant fails to do a good job in maintaining and tracking the members due to his own reasons, the member consultant shall take full responsibility and give administrative sanctions (including deducting 30% of the total performance) according to the complaints.

3. When the member consultant is on duty (resting), he shall not receive visitors, which will disturb the normal sales order and affect the normal work of others;

4. All member consultants in the sales department should respect each other with other departments, and shall not have disputes with employees in other departments. If there is such a problem, whether right or wrong, the manager or the sales manager will deal with it seriously;

5. If the member consultant can't punch in on time because the customer needs to go out to negotiate business, he must report to the department manager for approval in advance (special circumstances also need to call in time), otherwise it will be treated as absenteeism;

6. Voluntary member consultants work according to the sales progress, and are not allowed to decide on their own or change the work order at will;

7. Member consultants are not allowed to talk loudly in the office area, so as not to affect others; Don't read newspapers or do things unrelated to work during office hours, and there must be at least 1-2 member consultants in the office area to consciously keep the environment of the sales work area clean and tidy;

8. Without the permission of the front desk department, the member consultant shall not use the computer to query the customer information without authorization; If you need to use the computer, you must also report to the front desk and use it only after permission;

9. Before receiving visitors, member consultants must dress neatly according to company regulations (wearing work clothes and famous brands). If the salesperson does not wear work clothes, he will not be able to receive visitors (according to automatic abandonment), but special circumstances must be notified to the store manager or sales manager for approval;

10. When the member consultant handles the change, transfer and extension of the member information, it must be approved by the store manager or sales manager.

If the member consultant conceals or conceals the information of individual members during the handover, once verified, all commissions and wages will be deducted. The store manager or sales manager shall designate a person to be responsible for the submitted customer information, and then the member consultant shall inform the customers in the information as soon as possible. If there is a customer complaint in the information and no one handles it, the member consultant will investigate the responsibility severely after verification.

Anyone who violates the above provisions will be given a warning (fine 10 yuan), a written warning (fine 30 yuan), a misdemeanor (fine 50 yuan), a felony (fine 100 yuan) and dismissal as appropriate.
