1. Take a walk in the small outdoor garden
I don't like sports very much, but I will spend at least 30 minutes walking in the community garden or downstairs of the company every day to escape from my busy life and work. It always makes me happy to watch the children laughing and cursing at the roadside and feel the free sunshine, breeze and green leaves.
