An eggplant
Seven or eight long beans (the weight of a plate)

Cut the long beans into moderate sizes, and cut the eggplant into long strips.
Boil the pot, boil the beans first, because the beans are not easy to cook, and then put the eggplant in to cook. Remove the empty water when it feels almost soft.
Heat oil in a pan, add minced onion and ginger, add cooked eggplant beans and stir fry, add oyster sauce and soy sauce, and add less chicken essence and salt. Stir well and serve.
