How did you lose weight efficiently in two weeks?
Exercise for 2 hours every day, then run for 30 minutes, or elliptical machine for 20 minutes and run for 40 minutes. This is the beginning. Then stretch blindly for half an hour, then iron clothes for 3 hours a day. I'm curious about how I manage to squeeze out so much time. Maybe it's because I lie in bed at night. You really like it. But the effect of sticking to it for one month is still obvious. Maybe this is just the beginning.
