In addition, whitening agents, antioxidants and other ingredients can be added according to the different use requirements of the products. B: PVC powder, DOP and calcium carbonate are the main raw materials, and calcium carbonate is the filling component. Because the above three raw materials are transparent after gelatinization, it is necessary to add titanium dioxide to create a white background to cover them. Stabilizer can slow down the gelatinization process, and viscosity reducer can adjust the viscosity of paste. C: The raw materials used must pass the inspection, have a quality assurance certificate or be released after being confirmed by the superior supervisor. D: All the raw materials used should be stored in a fixed location, and corresponding identification should be done at the same time. During production, measure the viscosity of the paste with an 8 mm measuring cup, and control it for about 8-25 seconds. 3. Drying is to dry (glue) the surface coating of base paper by using gas heater and hot air circulation system. Interplate drying refers to drying each printed pattern by hot air circulation with a separate gas heater between each plate printing to prevent ink confusion between the front and back plates. 7. Softening Softening is to soften the soft and hard fabrics with an electric heating cover before embossing. The heating cover is heated by ceramic and quartz tube. 8. Embossing means that after the fabric is softened, the fabric is pressed with an embossing wheel to produce the corresponding embossing effect. Embossing is divided into cross stitch and cross stitch. The surface temperature of the fabric at the moment of contact with the embossing wheel should be controlled within the appropriate temperature of 168- 185, and the temperature value should be controlled within+10% in the whole batch of products after being determined.
