Walnut sparerib soup tastes really good. This is my first time to drink this soup. I feel as light as a swallow after washing my hair today! Sister Gao, the life assistant, also helped me braid my hair. I feel super good and beautiful!
The sleeping water tastes strange. The nutritionist said it was made of longan, lily, lotus seeds and some Chinese medicines. I think the strange smell may be caused by Chinese medicine! I fell asleep after holding my nose for less than an hour! My head is not as bad as when I just gave birth to a baby!

Breakfast: purple rice porridge, meat buns, soybean milk, quail eggs and sweet potatoes.
Lunch: steamed bass, pork hands, spinach and mushrooms, sparerib soup, barley and red bean rice.
Afternoon tea: tremella soup, fruit and bean paste.
Dinner: fried turtle with ginger and onion (nourishing yin and moistening dryness), stewed chicken soup with four ingredients and fried beef with water bamboo.

Today's schedule is full. I went for a physical analysis this morning. Sure enough, my physical fitness exceeded the standard, and I was still a little swollen. There will be the last Lishui soup left tomorrow, and then it will be supplemented by food.

The nutritionist said that the moon meal is divided into three stages. I'm in the first stage now. I should focus on "clearing" and go to lochia first, so what I eat these days is mostly diuresis to reduce swelling and lochia.
