Composition:

Mushrooms, eggs, shrimps, chopped green onion, coriander, pepper powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt.

Exercise:

1. Peel the fresh shrimp, remove the shrimp line, slice, break the eggs and blanch the mushrooms for five minutes.

2. Heat oil in a hot pot, add chopped green onion, stir-fry shrimp, stir-fry mushrooms, stir-fry a little pepper powder, a spoonful of soy sauce, add appropriate amount of water and cook for five minutes.
