The more I want to lose weight, the more I want to eat. What kind of psychology is it?
I want to eat because my mouth is greedy. I used to want to eat when I lost weight. Later, I worked hard to exercise. When I finished my daily weight loss goal, I naturally didn't want to eat. I think eating is largely caused by my laziness, so I should exercise first, and then see if I still want to eat. But my experience tells me that I don't want to eat after exercise.
