● Features and scope of use:
It is a kind of high-grade carburized steel with wide applications. Compared with 15Cr and 20Cr steels, it has higher strength, plasticity and hardenability. It is mainly used to manufacture spindles with high strength, hardness and toughness under heavy load, shafts and rods with high center toughness or bearing impact load, wear-resistant surface and small heat treatment deformation, as well as various transmission gears, adjusting screws and camshafts working under high speed and impact load.

● Heat treatment specification and metallographic structure:
Heat treatment specification: quenching: 860℃ for the first time, 780℃ for the second time, oil cooling; Tempering at 200℃, water cooling and air cooling.
● Delivery status: The goods shall be delivered by heat treatment (normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering) or non-heat treatment, and the delivery status shall be indicated in the contract.
