You can do this exercise on the seventh day after delivery. Lie flat first, then bend your left foot, then lift it to your heel, then touch your hips, and your legs will cling to your abdomen and finally straighten out. Repeat the same action five to ten times.

You can choose some light-intensity aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise is beneficial to fat burning, including jogging, brisk walking and aerobic dance. The time of sitting and exercising should be between 12 minutes and 15 minutes, otherwise the effect is not obvious. If mom wants to dance, it is recommended to choose a gentle dance.
