I suggest we go. It's quite exercise. I am on a diet, too. I can run 5 kilometers in the first 5 days, and then I have no strength at all. I chose the old exercise mode and walked for an hour. If I have strong perseverance, I can walk for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening, but only if I walk within-0/0 minutes per kilometer/kloc can I walk fast.
