Picking and cleaning sweet beans, blanching in boiling water, peeling and removing seeds from papaya, and cutting into strips.

Heat the wok and drain the oil. Add sweet beans first, then papaya, stir-fry for a while, and finally put some salt out of the pot.

Reminder: Students with allergies or skin diseases must be careful when eating papaya, or they can change papaya into pumpkin and make pumpkin sweet beans.

One papaya, two and a half cups of fresh milk, three egg whites, a proper amount of rock sugar and a little vinegar.

1. Cut papaya in half, take out the pulp, and put it into a blender to break it into small pieces.

2. Cook the fresh milk until it just boils, add rock sugar and cook until it melts, and let it cool for later use.

3. Beat the egg white evenly, add milk and vinegar, stir it gently, then sieve it with a sieve, put it in a small bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and steam it for about 30 minutes on high fire to make cheese.

4. When eating, pour the papaya puree on the cheese, or add some honey to eat together.
