One is to redistribute disk space to drive c through other drive letters;
One is to transfer the default virtual memory of the system from drive C to other drive letters;
One is to slim down and optimize the C disk.
Let's see how it is realized.
Divide disk space
Division method:
1. When the system is newly installed, reset the space of disk C;
2. Use third-party software to partition the disk, such as VeraCrypt and DiskGenius.
3. Divided by the system's own disk management.
Implementation steps:
Take the simplest system's own disk management as an example to see how to divide it.
It is troublesome to divide space for drive C, and the drive letter must be the disk space next to the right end of drive C;
The letter of the compressed volume of disk D is at the right end of disk D, and disk C cannot be extended with this letter;
Then you need to transfer the data of disk D first and reformat disk D;
In this way, drive C can expand the drive letter space by expanding the volume option.
Transfer virtual memory
In the system performance settings, change the virtual memory of drive C;
Uncheck "No Paging File" on drive C and add virtual memory to other drive letters.
Systematic weight loss
In 360 Security Guard, click the "System Disk Slimming" tool in the menu bar of Functional Encyclopedia;
Follow the prompts to complete the slimming and cleaning work of disk C.
