I want to give you a try, because I used to be fat and I couldn't control my appetite. I'm always hungry at night and don't want to exercise very much. So I adjusted the meal time of the day:

Breakfast: Around ten o'clock.

Lunch: 2: 30 pm to 3: 30 pm

Dinner: Have some fruit at seven.

This kind of meal time makes me feel much more comfortable at night. I won't feel hungry, because I won't eat dinner. I won't feel weak and listless because I don't eat during the day. Of course, I still need to do some exercise. This exercise means that you won't always sit still. If you need to do something, just do it yourself and take a walk. After doing this for a month, I lost more than ten kilograms, and I feel that this kind of weight loss is very comfortable rather than full of pain.
