This is my favorite exercise method. I can do it at home. It's convenient to follow the video. I achieved obvious results in less than a month, 55kg-52kg. Not thin in the early stage, but the overall lines are relatively compact. I lost weight in about 20 days, but I didn't rebound later. I should pay attention to the gradual exercise, pay attention to the foundation, start from the foundation and gradually increase. If I stick to it, I will lose weight.
jogging
People who failed the previous 800-meter physical examination can finish the half marathon by practicing running slowly. After running for a year in junior year, their mental state is better. When running, you must pay attention to warming up before running, stretching after running, wearing running shoes and exercising bra (girls), otherwise it will be counterproductive. Jogging can also slim down, and the thigh muscle lines of people who insist on running are really beautiful.
Ride a bike
It is suggested that those who can usually ride a bike to work can ride a bike instead. Riding a bike is very helpful for the fat on the inner thigh. I usually go out to ride a bike, which is both relaxing and moderate exercise.
Take a walk after supper
Take a rest for half an hour after dinner and go out for a walk for half an hour to an hour. The effect is very good. During the summer vacation, I go for a walk with my mother every night. Although I eat a lot every day, I still lose weight because I obviously feel big when I wear clothes.
These are all my usual exercise methods. Anyway, I want to lose weight healthily, eat less greasy food and snacks. If I want to gain muscle, I need to be strict.
