Wuxi Sports Dance Training Center was established in June 2000. It is a non-profit social training institution under the Municipal Sports Bureau and Sports Federation. It is an ideal indoor place to carry out national fitness. It is also the only designated training base of China Sports Dance Federation and Jiangsu Sports Dance Association. Professional teachers train students in a professional way, improve their interest, exercise and popularize, and improve the level of sports dance.

School-running characteristics

Since its establishment six years ago, the training center has held thousands of trainings for the elderly, middle school students and children, trained many outstanding athletes, won many gold, silver and bronze medals for teenagers and adults in previous national and provincial sports dance championships, and achieved impressive results in international competitions, winning honor for Wuxi team and being widely praised by all walks of life. More than 300 students passed the national rating, and more than a dozen young students entered the national first-class sports and dance professional colleges for further study. The center has close contact with the society, and often cooperates with various organs, schools, enterprises and communities to carry out training, improve campus culture and corporate culture, and achieve good social effects. In addition, the center is also responsible for the training and examination of professional teachers.

The center often employs national professional champions to teach. Main dance types: Latin dance, modern dance, jazz dance and modern dance.
