In June this year, I was lucky enough to be selected as the "devil training camp" by teachers-the advanced training course for outstanding young teachers in Wuyi County, and started the advanced training for three years. Faced with the problem of having a second child at home and the contradiction between work and study, I overcame all difficulties and actively participated in the training. Although I am physically and mentally exhausted, it is obvious that the training has brought me ideological changes and spiritual "sublimation". Thanksgiving "advanced training class" has changed me, and also influenced my views on education, students and teachers. I reflect in listening and grow up in reflection. Whether it is intensive training in the theoretical stage or on-the-job learning in the practical stage, we teach and discuss, attend lectures and evaluate lessons, and grind lessons with tutors, and the sparks of thoughts collide and inspire in communication. I am very lucky to meet so many excellent tutors and a group of excellent and motivated companions. Every day is full of positive energy. The little friends who participated in the training have a serious attitude and unprecedented enthusiasm for learning, and even the appearance of doing homework is very hard! 60 students from kindergartens, primary and secondary schools in Wuyi County, under the careful planning and organization of the County Education Bureau and the Teachers' Further Education Department of the Golden Education Institute, gathered in the "Advanced Training Course for Excellent Young Teachers". The advanced training program combines concentrated theoretical research with on-the-job practical learning to provide theoretical and practical tutors for each of our students (tutors are special-grade teachers, provincial and municipal famous teachers, university experts, periodical editors and teaching and research experts). Theoretical study. The theoretical training period is from June 13 to June 15 and July 16 to July 27th. The training at this stage includes not only the training in educational concept, curriculum design and multimedia application technology, but also the "ice-breaking" communication between students and the "interaction" between students and tutors. Here, we have the honor to listen to the experience of many provincial-level teaching rookies in this city, and listen to the lectures of experts such as Liuli, a professor and doctoral supervisor of Zhejiang University. The lecture has a distinctive theme, rich content and novel ideas, which stimulated our thinking and broadened our horizons. Their advanced educational and teaching ideas, unique personality charm and rigorous academic spirit have deeply influenced us. Wonderful interpretation, such as flowers blooming in front of us, leads us to the forefront of contemporary education reform. Practice follows the post. The advanced training class has arranged two tutors for each student, one is a practical tutor and the other is a theoretical tutor. Mentors are particularly intelligent and talented. Tutors not only teach us teaching skills, but also give us spiritual guidance and inspiration of "learning and thinking". "I think it's an armchair strategist. I don't know if it should be done." On-the-job training made me understand that to work towards a goal, we must participate in practice and keep trying. Mr. Fu Ruiqi, the practical tutor of our junior high school mathematics group, is a wise and elegant teacher with strict scholarship and strong sense of responsibility. In the follow-up stage, he asked us to start with the most basic "sorting out classroom records (including teacher-student dialogue and teacher-student interaction)" to understand the reasons why the tutor designed each link, and then arrange "heterogeneous classes in the same class" for us to listen to and evaluate the class. He let us discover our own teaching characteristics in class. In grinding class, summarize the most suitable teaching methods. After the training of "unfocused and tireless", we will certainly form our own unique teaching style.

I have observed the classroom teaching of more than a dozen teaching rookies in provinces and cities and outstanding teachers who won the first prize of excellent courses, and appreciated their advanced teaching concepts and exquisite teaching art, especially the demonstration class of "Review of Unary Inequality" taught by Teacher Li of Ningbo City. The teaching ideas are clear and the teaching language is rigorous and standardized. By "enlightening" thinking, highlighting key points, breaking through difficulties, and cultivating students' innovative consciousness and practical ability in "learning-centered". This high-quality class example gives us a new understanding of classroom teaching by taking notes, writing reflections and raising feelings. Before training, I seldom write reflections. After the training, I used my spare time to sort out nearly 24,000 words of teaching records and teaching reflections with my friends. What was unimaginable before, now we have done it. I am ashamed to say that when I first started writing reflections, it was just to cope with my homework. During the training, the tutor recommended that we read some educational and teaching monographs one after another, and a bunch of educational theory books moved back from the second centralized theoretical training, which made me know more about the current education and teaching. When we have been a frog in the well for too long, when the unchangeable teaching mode becomes the norm, when our daily life is full of trivial chores, changes are taking place unconsciously and quietly ... We never dare to go to bed early during the day when we attend classes and go back to the hotel at night, and often sort out the class records and lecture notes of the day all night.
