How to make mango jelly?
1. Put 50g of white bean jelly into a bowl, then pour in 100g of purified water and stir into a paste.

2. Peel the mango, dice it and put it in a bowl for later use. Diced mango can be cut into small pieces, otherwise it will be very troublesome if it is too big.

3. Put1000g of clean water into a milk pot and bring it to a boil.

4. After the water is boiled, pour in the bean jelly paste prepared before and stir well.

5. Continue to boil the bean jelly paste with high fire, add appropriate amount of sugar and mix well, then turn off the fire and let it cool.

6. When the jelly cools, we clean the silicone mold and install it.

7. When the bean jelly is cooled to 40 degrees (if you don't have a thermometer at home, you can touch it with your hands, and it won't feel so hot), we pour one-third of the bean jelly into the silica gel mold, then add the mango granules, then pour the bean jelly until the mold is 90% full, let it stand until it naturally cools and solidifies, or put it in the refrigerator after cooling.
