What is children's aerial yoga?
Children's aerial yoga, also known as anti-gravity yoga, uses aerial yoga hammock to complete hatha yoga pose. Practitioners feel the body weight, deepen the stretching, resistance and arrangement ability of asana, which has efficient relaxation, healing and slimming effects, and is more interesting and interactive.

Aerial yoga is not just the principle of anti-gravity. Aerial yoga is a new type of yoga that combines the three principles of pro-gravity, centripetal force and anti-gravity. The principle of strength comes from physical kinematics. Different from the traditional ground yoga, the rope hammock is used as the bedding, and the traditional Hada yoga posture, Chinese medicine massage, Tai Chi harmony, Pilates strength, dance elegance and yoga posture are combined to help practitioners complete all aerial yoga postures with half the effort.
