Endoscopic manifestations
Esophagus: reflux++,esophagitis. No polyps. No ulcers. No tumor, no varicose veins
Stomach: (cardia/fundus): Excessive secretion, excessive gastric activity and mild inflammation.
(Stomach antrum): There is no bleeding area caused by ulcer or tumor.
(pylorus): There are no polyps.
Duodenum: mild inflammation. No ulcer
Conclusion:
1。 Reflux esophagitis (++)
2。 Hypersecretion (misspelled words), overactive stomach/subacute gastritis
3。 Duodenal enteritis
