It is a prefecture-level city in Hainan Province, located at the southernmost tip of Hainan Island, bordering Lingshui Li Autonomous County in the east, Ledong Li Autonomous County in the west, Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County in the north and the South China Sea in the south. 2. Yunnan
