The devil's way to lose weight in the shortest time?
Dieting. At one time, I ate a bowl of noodles in the morning (or a bowl of porridge or two steamed buns with a cup of soybean milk), drank a few glasses of water at noon, and ate half a bowl of rice with a little side dish for dinner. I lost nearly 30 pounds in two months. I usually don't do other sports (I eat so little that I have no strength to exercise), and I try not to sit when I can stand.
